MEDAL OF THE PRESIDENT CONFERRED AT SEVENTH EDITION OF Wind&Safety

Last 27th November in Rome was held the seventh edition of Wind&Safety, the yearly event promoted by GE Renewable Energy with the aim to enhance EHS culture & awareness in the in the wind industry through effective cooperation between Institutional and Industrial stakeholders.

The 2014 event, which saw the Institutional participation of ANEV, INAIL & EU OSHA, was organized in collaboration with Bureau Veritas, Castrol Industrial, Enel Green Power & ERG Renew.
High-quality content touched by each of Seminar’s speakers were highly appreciated by more than 100 attendees at the Seminar.

I’m really delighted to inform you that the President of Italian Republic, Mr. Giorgio Napolitano has conferred the "Medal of The President" at the seventh edition of Wind&Safety mentioned Francesco Meduri, Service Area Manager of GE and founder of this initiative.

“We all want to thank the Italian President for such prestigious recognition which is a great honor for all of us but especially a greater motivation to move forward on this initiative started in 2008 and becoming today a reference for Italian Wind industry”.

The Presidential Medal is a recognition granted to initiatives and projects highly valuable to civil society.
